This policy explains which personal data CleaningPro Solution processes, for what purpose, and what your rights are. It is based on the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).

Data processed
When you contact us by phone, by email or through a form, we process the data you provide: name, contact details (email, phone), address of the premises, description of your request and, where applicable, photos.
When you visit the website, the hosting provider records technical data needed for its operation and security (IP address, date and time, page viewed, browser).
Purposes
This data is used to answer your request, prepare a quote, plan and carry out the service, communicate with you and keep the website running properly.

Retention
Data is kept for as long as necessary for the purposes stated or as required by law, for example for accounting obligations.
Requests that do not lead to an assignment are deleted after 12 months.
The schedule of assignments (date, client name, address, person in charge of the cleaning) is deleted 12 months after the date of the assignment.
Client data and accounting records are kept for 10 years, in accordance with legal obligations (art. 958f CO).
Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. Connections to the website are encrypted (HTTPS).
To limit abusive submissions, the IP address and email address linked to each request sent through a form are held temporarily in the server’s memory, without permanent storage, and are only used for one hour.
Your rights
You can request access to your data, its correction or deletion, and object to its processing, by writing to info@cleaningprosolution.ch.
You can also obtain a copy of your personal data or ask for it to be transferred to another controller, in a commonly used electronic format (art. 28 FADP).
